About KS5Physics

This blog is primarily for my A-level students and is structured around the Edexcel AS and A2 courses.

“Concept” refers to the more traditional way of studying physics and will give students access to principles and concepts in a straightforward way.

“Context” places Physics in our modern world and introduces the same principles and concepts through interesting scenarios.

Cheers

  1. How do i work out force for that graph again??

    • Sophia has converted the mass in grams to mass in kilograms. You remember that Force = mass x acceleration ( F=ma). The acceleration here is due to gravity which is 9.81 m s-2 . So simply multiply the masses in kilograms by 9.81 and you answers will be force in newtons (N).
      Hope that’s clear, Adam
Let me know if you need any further guidance
